I have a passion for helping people who are struggling with alcohol and drug addiction and maintaining soberity, anxiety and depression I have assisted countless people to navigate the common challenges people face when wanting to implement change in their lives. I’m here to help you reclaim your power over drink and drug abuse so that you can reclaim your life, feel more in control 

About Me 

Throughout my life I have personally had my own ups and downs from relationship issues and childhood trauma, resulting in drink and drug abuse to numb myself out, which ultimately led me to turning my back on drugs and alcohol, bringing with it its own set of challenges. 

Through my own difficulties I managed to navigate my way through my own troubling times to overcome anxiety and depression, giving myself a sense of direction and purpose. I feel this puts me in an ideal position to help others with a whole range of unsettling life experiences, and I feel gifted to be able to help others to understand theres.

I feel very grateful to be able to walk with you on the pathway to full recovery and sobority navigating together the challenging experiences life can throw at us.
